Business Relations Program Products and Services: Employee Retention/Disability Management

“Unmanaged disability” in the workplace is literally costing businesses millions of dollars. ADRS and READI-Net can assist you in minimizing those costs while retaining your valued workers.  We do so by helping you find solutions to issues involving employees whose job performance is impacted by illness, injury or disability.

Hang on to workers, cut costs

Deliverables include:

  • Rapid response
  • Single point of contact
  • Solutions to retain your worker

Our RAVE (Retaining A Valued Employee) program has local disability management teams that include a business relations consultant, a rehabilitation counselor, and a rehabilitation engineer.  Our team’s goal is the same as yours: to return your valued employee to work, with or without accommodations, and/or restore his or her productivity on the job. We serve as a link to all available community resources for your employee in the event that work within your company is not possible.

Your employee may qualify to receive help from RAVE if:

  • His or her job performance is negatively affected by a physical or mental impairment
  • His or her job is in jeopardy because of a physical or mental impairment
  • He or she is ready to return to work but is currently on disability leave
  • A promotion is affected by a physical or mental impairment
