Work Site "Tryouts" ... or “Try ‘em before ya buy ‘em”

“Try out” a job candidate or intern at your job site for up to three months to see if he or she has what it takes to work for your company.

  • No obligation to hire the candidate
  • No requirement to have an existing job vacancy
  • ADRS-paid accident insurance
  • Work stipend paid by ADRS through local community based partners directly to the job candidate as a work incentive
